About the Job: Summary and Company Information
Join our team as a Maintenance Coordinator and help provide management services on over 1,200 units across Northern California (Shasta County, Tehama County, Butte County, Yuba County, Sutter County, & Contra Costa County).
General Accountabilities
- Dispatch maintenance work orders for service properties to vendors.
- Manage vendor(s) workload and hire maintenance vendors.
- Manage residents' expectations regarding work to be completed at the property.
- Notify the owner of high expense repairs and gain approval.
- Coordinate work between Vendors & Residents.
- Responsible for the prompt, successful resolution of calls and questions from vendors, residents, or owners regarding maintenance issues.
- Monitor reports to ensure goals and deliverables are being met.
- Process invoices.
- Proficient use of all software applications.
